Burton Blinick

Burton is a Real Estate, Auction and Telecommunication Professional, a unique combination. Burton has been conducting live real estate auctions since 1980 and has been actively involved in the sale of thousands of properties. His qualifications include vast experience in accelerated auction sales and have been involved in the purchase and sale of investment property, senior management of start-up telecommunication companies and highly sought after and recruited for his experience and ability to market to and negotiate with many of the largest national real estate investment companies and private individuals.

Burton started his real estate and auction career with Sheldon Good & Company, a Nationally renowned real estate auction company as a salesman prospecting and identifying sellers for conventional sales. After just two years he was recruited by ownership to become the third full-time employee of their growing accelerated sales (auction) business.  He served as Senior Vice President and was instrumental in the companies eventually growth nationally.  

Burton served as Vice President and opened up the Midwest office of Chartwell Group, LLC a member of TCN Worldwide.  Chartwell Group is the largest privately-owned commercial brokerage firm in Cleveland.  He affiliated with Chartwell due to their national recognition through TCN Worldwide and its ability to conduct auctions nationally.  While working with TCN Chartwell Group, Bud listed and marketed Newport Lofts, 200 Hoover Ave, Las Vegas.   The program produced $11,000,000 in sales of over 55 units. 

Throughout Bud real estate auction career, he was intimately involved in well over $750 million in auction sales conducted in over 30 states for property in all asset categories.

Burton also served as Senior V.P. of Vision Realty Partners, a real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, development, management, and disposition of various categories of commercial/investment real estate.  Responsibilities including sourcing new purchase opportunities, managing the acquisition team, tracking acquisition efforts, general marketing, and property analysis. Burton personally identified over $35 million in purchase and sales of property including retail centers, office and industrial properties with a personal investment in each.  

He was also instrumental in the success of two start-up telecommunication companies, utilizing his real estate knowledge to negotiate telecommunication access agreements with for service providers with some of the nation’s largest office, retail and special purpose property owners. 

As a Senior Vice President of US RealTel, a National Rooftop management company, he built and lead a team of professionals that was instrumental in creating significant value that eventually leads to the successful sale of this startup company.  

In addition to providing Masterpiece Properties the finest auction services available, Burton is President of Cell At Auction LLC, which specializes in the sale of cellular towers, telecom site leases agreements and negotiating new and renewal lease agreements on behalf of property owners with the various wireless carriers.  

Mr. Blinick is a graduate and instructor of the Missouri Auction School, a member of the National Association of Auctioneers, obtained the AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) designation and ATS (Auction Technology Specialist) designation.  

Over the course of his career, he has volunteered his services as auctioneer for numerous charitable organizations helping to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars.
